It’s Robbie’s birthday today.
On this day in 1904 children's book author Dr Seuss (Theodor Geisel) was born. On the 2nd of March 1942 Lou Reed was born. 20 years later Jon Bon Jovi was born. The earliest recorded birthday of someone notable was in 1316 belonging to a Robert II, King of Scotland (1371-90). Today he would be celebrating his 690th birthday. Robbie is comparatively very young.
Also on this day in history, in 1807 U.S Congress abolished the African slave trade, in 1923 Time magazine made its début, in 1933 "King Kong" premiered at Radio City Music Hall, and in 1976 Walt Disney World logged its 50 millionth guest.
