Spume amended

My earlier description of Spume was insufficient and perhaps misleading. I know this because my work has involved further research and discussions with people who have a deep and intimate understanding of the workings of spume. So let me clarify that yes, spume is the greatest concentration of life, but what it is is the bacteria created by wave action & kelp and forms the base of the food chain. Now that is the detail we are looking for here people.
