Spume spume spume

Spume is a foam or froth on the sea. It is created by the crashing of huge waves and is the greatest concentration of life anywhere on our planet. In this foamy soup tiny molluscs graze on algae farms. How do i know this, you may ask. Well, I have recently picked up some work for a producer of National Geographic documentaries for whom I am writing proposals and thereby learning lots of interesting information and new words, like spume!
