Awesome cousins

Cousins are great. We often aren't as close to them as we would love to be, but sometimes we are, and that is a real gift. So a shout out to the kids’ wonderful cousins! The gorgeous boys in Johannesburg; bonnie baby and handsome action hero big brother. The two pretty girls in Israel who we haven’t played with enough but think of often. And the three here in Durban who are like siblings to my children. While Miks has her sleep now, after a morning in the foam of crashing waves, Son and his Durban cousins are still at “The Beach House”. They have probably had chicken schnitzel and strawberries for lunch and are now drawing a picture at the patio table or drinking juice on the stoep before heading back down to the beach. I’ll join them there with Miks when she wakes and we’ll read stories, probably visit the beach once more and then give them all a bath before bringing our two home to sleep again.--We are so looking forward to connecting with the Jo’burgers in the next couple of weeks and are beginning to dream up a visit to Israel too!
