He has recently been involved in a campaign called (red). From what I gather, it's Bono's initiative which uses funds raised from shoppers who buy (red) products, to help those affected HIV in Africa.
J0nx took before and after pictures, 3 months apart, of HIV positive people who have been put on the antiretroviral program. The video below gives you more of an idea.
You should see all the photos he took though, and not just the ones with Scarlett Johansson. Really, quite moving. Maybe I can get some for you seeing as though I'm on the inside...
