Furthermore, having such a slick Macbook Pro will help me take my video editing beyond just being a hobby. I mean, some of the films edited on Macs include Cold Mountain and No Country For Old Men, both Academy Award winners for 'best editing'. 300 and The Simpsons movie were also edited on Final Cut Pro (the Mac edit programme) along with probably a million others...
