Baby B arrived on the scene....

This is basically what's happened since my last post:

Sometime in 2018

She came into our family, completed the picture.

The past (almost) three years have been about introducing this precious soul to the world, showing her how things work, including her own little mind and body.

She's pretty capable now; knowing what she wants to eat and where to get the bowls and spoons from to eat it. She likes to choose her princess dresses, panties and shoes for the day and her bed time stories at night. Current top picks are the Julia Donaldsons (Detective Dog, Tiddler etc) and Dr Suesses (Green Eggs and Ham, Cat in The Hat, There's a Wocket in My Pocket etc.) plus some Dora Explorers and Mr Men series and everything else there is to read in her lovely bedroom. She sings and chats beautifully with her family. Plays a lot with her friend Troy who lives in the complex and Siziwe who works for us and takes brilliant care of her when I'm not around. Beach, books and fruit at Granny and Grampa's beach house is also up there with her best things to do as is coming with mom to her shop in Ballito (more of that in another blog).

Now you're basically up to date with the newest member of our family of five.
