A super supper idea

Ideal answer to the age old "what should we make for supper tonight?" question...

Chicken wraps

All ingredients available at Woolies

Easily prepared by one, or two, in as long at it takes to heat a tortilla

What you’ll need:

Avo + lemon juice + herb salt = guacamole

Chicken strips + Cajun season and sauce = Cajun chicken strips

Things like: Humus, coleslaw, lettuce and Tabasco sauce

Tortilla wraps

What you’ll do:

Put Tortillas in the oven for 10 minutes.

While one browns the chicken at the stove, the other pears an avocado.

Add the sauce to the chicken, as the instructions on the bottle of seasoning and sauce from Woolworths tells you.

Mush avo adding other ingredients mentioned above,

Set both on table along with things like humus, coleslaw, lettuce and Tabasco sauce.

Remove Tortillas from oven, place on plate and begin layering ingredients.

The key to a good wrap is how you roll it…

(I will now attempt a diagram)

Technique is key-----> fold, fold and roll

And...

It's a wrap!

That was bad
